Ordering Process
TCM Product Inc. has a low minimum requirement starting at 50,000 Capsules or Tablets! Depending on your needs, we also offer sample production runs.
We guarantee excellent quality and customer service! To provide you with the highest quality dietary supplements, final products are thoroughly inspected for imperfections before they are sent out. Finished products are boxed into corrugated cases according to your preference and handled with care to ensure that they are protected during transit. When ready, your final product will be shipped to you, or you may also schedule a pick up.
Is there a set up or start up cost?
TCM Product Inc. has no hidden fees and no start-up costs for your production of dietary supplements
How long will my order take?
Generally, regular orders are completed within an average of 2-3 Weeks. (However, please note that lead times may vary depending on quantity and availability).
Does a formula have to be provided to TCM Product Inc.?
Not necessarily. We carry a wide selection of in-stock formulas that are readily available for private label use. These formulas are both cost efficient and quick to produce. However, if you would like to create your own custom formula, but do not have the ingredients our experienced professionals will be able to help you formulate one. Please take note that custom formulation of a product may take time to formulate and (optionally) test.
Can TCM Product Inc. help me create a label or packaging?
Absolutely! Our Design Department will work with you to create your product’s label and packaging!
Already have your labels printed? Great! Just bring or send them over and we can help apply the labels onto your products!
